Advanced Ai Solutions Partner Agreement — version 1.1

1. What this is

You promote Advanced Ai Solutions using the referral links and QR codes in your partner dashboard. When someone buys after arriving on one of your links, you earn a commission. That is the whole arrangement. Nothing here makes you an employee, an agent, or a part-owner of Advanced Ai Solutions.

2. You are an independent contractor

You work for yourself. You choose your own hours, methods and costs. You are not entitled to wages, benefits, expenses or reimbursement, and no tax or insurance of any kind is withheld from what we pay you. You may not sign contracts, make promises, or hold yourself out as speaking for Advanced Ai Solutions.

3. What you earn

Commission is a percentage of what your referred customer actually pays. Your commission rate is set on your partner account, and it is shown on your partner dashboard at all times.

We may change your rate going forward, and we will tell you when we do — a change never reduces a commission you have already earned.

Buyer discounts. We set the buyer discount on your partner code for your account; you cannot set or change it yourself. It is paid out of your commission: it is never more than your commission on that sale, and it never takes the price below our minimum price. Your commission on that sale is reduced by the same amount. You can see the current discount on your partner dashboard.

AI-credit resale. If we let you buy AI credits to resell, the resale discount percentage is set by us on your account and shown on your dashboard; you cannot change it yourself.

4. The hold period

A new commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable. That window covers refunds and chargebacks. If the sale behind a commission is refunded or cancelled, the commission is reversed — before or after the hold ends.

5. Getting paid

Payouts are made monthly by us once your cleared balance is at least $25.00; a smaller balance rolls forward to the next month. We pay to the PayPal or Venmo details you enter in your dashboard — keeping them correct is your job, and we are not responsible for money sent to an address you gave us. Before your first payout you must submit the right IRS tax form: a Form W-9 if you are a US person, or a Form W-8BEN if you are not. We may withhold payment until we have it.

6. Taxes are yours

Commission is paid gross. You are responsible for your own income and self-employment taxes. If you are a US partner and we pay you $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we will issue you a Form 1099-NEC using the information on your W-9. Partners outside the US file a W-8BEN and handle their own local taxes.

7. How you may and may not promote

• No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, DMs, or automated posting of your links.
• No bidding on our brand terms — do not buy paid search or social ads on "Advanced Ai Solutions" or close variants of it, and do not use our name in your domain names or ad display URLs.
• No self-referral. You may not earn commission on your own purchase, on a purchase made with an account or email address that belongs to you, or through an account you control. These are blocked automatically and reversed if they get through.
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, typo domains, coupon-site fraud, or any other trick that claims credit for a sale you did not cause.
• Do not say things about the product that are not true. Do not promise income, outcomes, or results to anyone. Disclose that you earn a commission where the law requires it (in the US, the FTC requires it).
• Use our name, logo and supplied artwork as given, for promoting Advanced Ai Solutions only.

8. Customers are the company's

The people who buy through your link are Advanced Ai Solutions customers. Their data belongs to us and is handled under our privacy policy. You see reporting on your own referrals only.

9. Ending it

Either of us may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, in writing (email is fine). When it ends, your links stop earning. Commission already earned and past its hold is still paid on the next run. If the agreement is ended because of fraud or a breach of section 7, unpaid commission is forfeited and paid commission may be reclaimed.

10. Changes, and the rest

We may update this agreement; the current version is always shown here and in your dashboard, and you will be asked to accept a new version before continuing. There are no warranties beyond those the law requires, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission payable to you. This is the whole agreement between us about the partner program.
